After using this product I must say its amazing! I been in the saltwater hobby for almost 13 years now and have had a lot of tanks! I've use mag floats the original magnet cleaner, and the pirranna algae scraper which is my current one. I'm very picky and run bare bottom tanks to avoid scratches... My aquarium also cost about $6000 it's a 560 gallon from Miricles aquariums. I am very careful not to scratch the glass. Needles to say tank got out of hand with alge cause it's summer and I've been doing outdoor activities. My pirranna couldn't scrape the alge no matter how many passes I made with the magnet, I love the pirranna too for film alge. However if you have tough Alge the flipper is the cleaner for u!
