The Idahone V-Type Ceramic Knife Sharpener CS-4 features four premium high alumina ceramic rods set at fixed 15° and 22° angles for precise sharpening. Housed in a fine oak base with built-in storage, it’s designed for both professional chefs and home cooks to effortlessly restore and maintain all knife types, including scalloped edges, with superior speed and ease.

## Description

This knife sharpener will impress with it's superior performance. When the sharpener is set up, the "V" configuration of the ceramic rods establishes the correct angle for knife sharpening. You supply the manpower with a simple slicing motion down and across the ceramic rod. Ideal for use in packing houses, restaurants, home kitchens, etc. It will sharpen wedge, concave, or hollow ground knife blades. Also excellent for resharpening scalloped edged knives. Full instructions are included with each sharpener. Includes spring loaded storage in the fine oak base and comes with two medium and two fine grit sharpening rods which are 9" long and 5/16" in diameter. The sharpening angles are pre-fixed at 15 degrees for sharpening on the course rods and 22 degrees for finishing on the fine rods so anyone can achieve a perfectly sharpened knife with the Idahone CS-4.
