**Q: Is the 38" x 20" dimension the actual bed or at the top of the tapered sides? Can anybody tell me how long it is at the bottom of the bed?**
A: the floor of this cart is 30x20 hope this helps

**Q: Does this cart have accessories that you can buy? I would like to put racks on it if possible to hold in tall plants for gardening**
A: The holes in it are 3/4" by 2".  I added racks to mine by buying 2" x 1" boards (finished measurements 3/4" x 1 1/2") and 1 1/4" screws (so they don't go all the way through both boards) and building a rack myself.  It cost maybe $15. I did it so that the kids could ride in it, but the principal is the same.

A: Sides are about 12” from the bed. It’s a tough little wagon.

**Q: where is this made**
A: The sticker says made in China, it was probably designed in Minnesota
