Review: Old fashioned customer service - I purchased this bulb almost 2 years ago. It was easy to set up. If you have Alexa, you just have to screw it in, turn it on and say Alexa find new devices; and that’s it. The bulb worked perfectly but then suddenly it lost the Bluetooth signal. I tried to reinstall it many times but the signal wouldn’t hold. I emailed Sengled customer service and advised them of my problem. I emailed them a snapshot of my purchase through desertcart. She asked a couple of questions to see if I tried reinstalling it. After that she requested the model number and my mailing address. She then confirmed she mailed out a replacement later that week. It’s rare to get this level of customer service nowadays. Excellent company!

I purchased this bulb almost 2 years ago. It was easy to set up. If you have Alexa, you just have to screw it in, turn it on and say Alexa find new devices; and that’s it. The bulb worked perfectly but then suddenly it lost the Bluetooth signal. I tried to reinstall it many times but the signal wouldn’t hold. I emailed Sengled customer service and advised them of my problem. I emailed them a snapshot of my purchase through Amazon. She asked a couple of questions to see if I tried reinstalling it. After that she requested the model number and my mailing address. She then confirmed she mailed out a replacement later that week. It’s rare to get this level of customer service nowadays.
