A filled d-tank weighs 6.4 lbs. which means an oxygen-user needs a good weight-distribution system in order to carry it. The seller advertises that the product has "waist belt assembly" which led me to believe that in addition to the padded shoulder straps, the weight was distributed by both chest and waist belts. The bag is sturdy, well constructed and has numerous smaller bags for additional supplies, BUT there is no waist belt and when loaded with the d-tank, it weighs too heavily on an oxygen-user's shoulders and back to wear comfortably for more than a very few minutes. As far as I can tell, there is also no way to add a waist or hip support-belt to this product. It probably would work for a fit emergency-services person, but it is not designed for an oxygen-user.As a postscript to the review: The item was returned (at my expense), yet still took nearly 2 weeks and several "promptings" before the seller finally made the refund. I will not order from this seller again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good bag for light duty *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 23, 2013* Good bag for light duty (personnal use) but isn;t designed or sewn to handle reptetitive use by Fire/EMS personnel. Backpack straps pulled loose from the stiitching on the bottom and where the elastic is sewn around the top of the outside side pockets, the sewn area was to close to the edge and the material gave way.Overall design and configeration is good. Suggestion - if you get this bag you might want to consider having the seams reinforced and sew a set of female quick connect buckles, 1 on each side, above the front outside pocket for one of the detachable bags to attach.
