The daily values for the vitamins are good, and I am happy that it also includes a mineral supplement. Like most vitamins, it lacks D3 which is something you will likely need to purchase separately (I use a vegan D3 vitamin spray). It does have adequate B12, vitamin C, and even some vitamin E. You should also consider adding a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement to your diet as this mix is low on those 3. I also have to mention, for people who have trouble swallowing pills....these are TINY in comparison to the alternatives! I would say they are "pea sized". You only need 1 a day, and there are 90 tablets in a bottle so you get about 3 months. For 3 months, the price is very reasonable! I purchased the 2 pack. I bought them this year and the expiration date is 2020, so they are fresh.
