I cook. I enjoy cooking. I eat real food. I swore off Raman, but these are different. These are great noodles that taste good, and I'd put them up against any pasta one might cook for a soup. No MSG and decent nutrition. The noodles aren't really silky, but the chewy texture is just fine. I like to throw whatever veggies we have around, usually fresh snow peas, chopped broccoli, mushrooms, or scrambled egg, and some garlic chili sauce for the grown ups. Not as good as some of the Korean and Japanese style dry ramen noodles but basically its like eating veggies with your noodles because the Moroheiya in these noodles. I bought them because they are a better for you version of my favorite food, ramen noodles and they contain the seasoning in the separate little packets. I am carful about my sodium intake so I only use 1/4 to 1/2 the package of seasoning in my noodles.If your looking for a healthier version of ramen noodles like me I recommend the variety pack.
