Will it relax after a few washes?** A: The bra in general is rather stiff and doesn't change after a few washes. The lower end of the front closure shouldn't bother someone who is fairly lean around the middle, it but might well jab a larger person. Washing hasn't softened or relaxed any parts of the bra so far for me. My problem was the lack of adjustment of the band and the stiffness of the armpit and lower band edges.
