Las de aluminio que se encuentran con facilidad en grandes superficies no se pueden meter en el friegaplatos y tienes que partir el ajo en trozos pequeños porque no caben. Tuve otra que me costó cara, de otra marca, que tenía unas piezas de plástico que se terminaron rompiendo. Este es sólido, lo puedes lavar en el friegaplatos, tiene un hueco muy grande para que quepan los ajos, y puedes apretar sin esfuerzo para machacarlos. Para mí es genial, porque cuando machaco el ajo no me sienta mal. Otra ventaja excelente es que tiene otra cavidad para cortar el ajo en rodajas muy finas y perfectas, si quieres dorarlo, por ejemplo. Quedan perfectos. Es un producto muy práctico que ahorra mucho tiempo en la cocina. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Knoblauchpresse *by on Reviewed in Germany 26 February 2013* Ich hatte schon mehrere Pressen, die aber alle nicht so recht funktionierten. Nun hab ich mir dieses Teil schicken lassen und ich benutze es nun schon seit einigen Wochen fast täglich. Das Praktische ist, dass ich die Knoblauchzehe mit Schale einsetzen kann. Der Knoblauch wird ausgepresst und die Schale bleibt in der Kammer, so dass ich sie dann nur noch rausnehmen muss. Bisher hatte ich keine Schwierigkeiten, das Teil zu Reinigen, da ich nach der Entnahme der Schalenreste das TEil unter den Wasserhahn halte, bei Bedarf etwas rüberbürste und fertig. Wenn ich den Scheibenschneider benutze, schäle ich den Knobi vorher, da ich festgestellt habe, dass ich die Schalen aus den Scheiben pulen mußte und die Scheiben waren dann auch noch zerbrochen. Wenn ich den Knobi vorher schäle, habe ich ein gutes Ergebnis.Ist der Knoblauch frisch und saftig und wird mit Schale eingelegt, funktioniert die Presse super, ist der Knoblauch schon etwas trocken und faserig oder wird die Presse nach ihrer Arbeit noch Stundenlang liegen gelassen, kann es schon mal sein, dass die Reinigung dann etwas dauert. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr zufrieden und ich werde mir noch eine Presse für mein Gartenhaus zulegen, da hab ich den Knobi dann gleich frisch vom Beet.Auch wenn der Preis ganz schön happig ist, ist das Teil sein Geld wert.
