Difficult to take pads out and specially putting them back in. The last time I laundered them I left the pads in and it was fine. Will not bother with taking the padding out each time I have Launder it. I am a size 38DD, so I bought an XL. The colors are nice though, and the fabric is really comfortable.Update: I returned the XL, and got a L, and these are perfect. Still not recommended for high impact, but when you're going to the gym for non-jumping activities, these are spot on, as well as for those of us who hate bras and have to wear one for going out on the town, 'because it looks weird in that outfit without one', this is fantastic.
