I found the adjustment knob to be a bit too easy to turn, buy I found if you remove the sticker on top there is a small adjustable set screw that you can tighten down to limit the psi. I'm using this to dispense beer and I dont want any more than 12 psi so I dialed it in and it stops at 12 now.
