The headset answer button works as expected and it's easy to answer or initiate any call from either the headset button, picking up the handset, using the soft button on the phone or using the selection key on the Plantronics headset cradle. Issues like the call fading out where you can no longer hear the other person.** A: YES, I use Plantronics headsets and these cables at work and it is a common issue (globally) for some APP-51 adapters with the certain HW-Release like 02/16 A41.02 or 07/18. We get Echo-Issue, calls fading and dropping completely.
