Do you have to adjust the shirt fist to be completely flat so it doesn't create creases?** A: You iron the collar first, then put the back on presser up to the collar and take several movements of the press to get to the bottom of the back, turn to front and fit presser on the front up to the collar. It may take another movement down to get the rest of lower front. Do the other side the same way, turn and flatten each sleeve flat and press each one and done. no wrinkles anywhere, I spray inside of shirts with spray starch before pressing. **Q: i want to use it to iron 18' X 22" linen napkins; can Do it in one shot or wil I have to fold the napkin?** A: I have ironed fabric yardage with this press. I don't think you would have to fold it, just fan fold the fabric toward the back of the press and move it forward so you press maybe twice but you will get most of it the first time. I ironed pillow cases with it also - great press! **Q: Can you press pants creases with this? I need something that will do a nice, lasting press.** A: Yes, this does a nice job of pressing pant creases. And, you only need press one side, no need to flip over and press again. I'm very happy with this purchase. The more you use it, the more you will like it. **Q: Can I use this without steam? I would only need to use this product for dry iron silk.** A: Yes you can use it without steam. There is a silk temperature setting which does not use steam even if there is water in the resovoir. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Calidad *by R***C on 2 October 2025* Excelente producto ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good service *by A***R on 9 February 2020* Good product, seller is very cooperative. I have requested a replacement and she replaced with no questions asked. Many thanks ### ⭐ Lost of AED2,500 *by D***. on 17 December 2021* We bought recently Steamfast SF 680 that operates under 120V Voltage (US standards) while in our country (UAE) the Voltage is 240V. By buying through Amazon.ae we've never expecting that such kind of appliance will be out of UAE standards. When we opened the pack there was no indication on the pack while we noticed that the power cable plug was US type. Therefore we applied a UK adaptor in order to plug in the circuit. However few minutes after start using the steam press a small explosion taken place by shutting down the appliance operation. By going to manual caution details we realized that the appliance sent from US without having an auto switch between 120 to 240V and eventually required Voltage Adaptor rather than simple adaptor. As a result we lost our money since the guarantee is not covering us. Very bad service from the supplier since the time of deciding to sell overseas they have to warn people about that by using labels and signs outside the pack and not to going through the small letters of the manual in order to discover that the appliance was operating out of UAE Standards. Totally unacceptable. I also consider Amazon.ae reposnsible since they are selling such kind of products ## Frequently Bought Together - Steamfast SF-680 Digital Steam Press with Multiple Fabric Settings and Steam Burst Function,Stainless/Black, Stand - Steamfast A600-027 Steam Press Stand,Black - Linit Starch Crisp Classic Finish (64 Oz.) - Liquid Starch For Ironing Clothes/Perfect For Wrinkle Release/Great For Arts & Crafts Projects/Slime, Paper Mache, Silly Putty (408440) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/282547377-steam-fast-sf-680-digital-fabric-steam-press](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/282547377-steam-fast-sf-680-digital-fabric-steam-press) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
