I plugged it in to the computer's docking station, but I assume that it can be directly plugged into the laptop or desktop usb socket and the other end is plugged into the device itself. I have been using it with Microsoft teams to call and receive calls from customers. My hands are free and the headset is not messing up my hairdo or irritating me throughout the day because I have no need to wear it or plug it in. I speak in a normal tone and it works as a speaker phone. I love it!

A: No Bluetooth support

This device actually works! I plugged it in to the computer's docking station, but I assume that it can be directly plugged into the laptop or desktop usb socket and the other end is plugged into the device itself. I have been using it with Microsoft teams to call and receive calls from customers. My hands are free and the headset is not messing up my hairdo or irritating me throughout the day because I have no need to wear it or plug it in. I speak in a normal tone and it works as a speaker phone. I love it!

This works pretty well for the most part! Sometimes I do get others indicating that there is an echo but I had to find the right volume to prevent the echo. I have also had a couple times when I sound very low and then after a few seconds, the sound fine. I do prefer this over using headphones or other headsets. I also like that it has its own mute button. I work from home and I am in several meetings a day so this works well and prevents me from having on headsets that bother my ears or having to keep my earbuds charged if I am back to back meetings, that can be hard.
