Review: Helps get in my daily greens - I am a registered nurse and have seen so many people diagnosed with cancer in the past few years, which is why I started taking Amazing Grass daily. I try to eat healthy in general, but it is hard for me to eat the recommended servings of green leafy vegetables. I can honestly say that I have had more energy, craved less junk food, and gotten sick less. I know that veggies help boost your immune system, and I haven't gotten sick even though I'm exposed to illness on a daily basis (I work as an ER nurse- we see a lot of influenza, gastroenteritis, viral respiratory infections, etc). I used to take acidophilis, but this product contains probiotics, so I save money by not having to buy those anymore. What really amazes me about Amazing Grass is that one can see the color difference between these capsules and grocery store brands. Amazing Grass is actually dark green, and if you open it up it smells very "grassy", while the grocery store brands are almost white in color due to the lack of phytochemicals and nutrients. I would recommend this product who wants to improve their general health and well being, and especially those who are want to prevent cancer. **Q: The description says it has "FOS a pre biotic from chicory root", but I don't see it in the ingredient list. Is that an error in the description?**
A: It IS in the ingredient. Check under "Digestive Enzyme & Active Culture Pre & Probiotic Blend" section:F.O.S. (Fructooligosaccharide from Chicory Root), Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Protease (Aspergillus oryzae), Amylase (Aspergillus oryzae), Lipase (Aspergillus niger), Lactase (Aspergillus oryzae), Cellulase (Trichoderma reesei)

**Q: Are these capsules easy to swallow, even though large?  And just how large are they?  Any comparison in general to Garden of Life Perfect capsules?**
A: theses capsules are an average size, and easy to swallow, I give theses capsules to my sons on a daily basis so they can get a little more fiber into their diets they are always on the go in college and it assists us to have more fiber in our daily nutrition. so it does help and the capsule is tasteless, easy to drink with water or juice no big deal I love this product, now that they carry this product at our fresh & easy store in my neighborhood I go their instead, but the seller is honest and his delivery is prompt I can honestly refer this seller to be trustworthy. :) and as to the comparison to "Garden of Life" we did try this in the past before this one and it didn't hope us at all so we stick with this along with juicing with the "Gearson Diet" and eating vegetarian now, meat once every 2 weeks, it did helps us even more. good luck you will like this product its great

I am a registered nurse and have seen so many people diagnosed with cancer in the past few years, which is why I started taking Amazing Grass daily. I try to eat healthy in general, but it is hard for me to eat the recommended servings of green leafy vegetables. I can honestly say that I have had more energy, craved less junk food, and gotten sick less. Have taken for approx 11 months now. I take it morning and evening, definitely more energy & mental alertness. Just makes you feel so much better throughout the day. I have never in my life been one to eat fruits and veggies and this is a lifesaver wish I found it 20 years ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extra extra! Get your greens without nausea and vomiting

Finally… the ability to get high quality green powder without the nausea and vomiting. I’ve had difficulty finding a green supplement that works for me. I’ve tried many green powders and the smell and taste is so terrible that I get nauseous before even opening the container. I’ve even tried different blends included in meal replacement such as Kachava. Those have their own issues, they’re either too sweet or the taste is off… again leading to nausea. These pills are great. I drink two glasses of water in the morning with three pills and do the same in the evening. Also, it ends up being cheaper and much less effort than making shakes with greens. Vegetables needed to blend need to be washed / rinsed throughly and have to be used within a few days before they go bad… it’s too much work and if I was that disciplined with my food intake I wouldn’t need to bother making green juices. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier, get these.
