I've bought three of these due to the lack of options on the market. The first two just stopped working for various reason after about a year and now the third one, on top of not working any longer (we do regular maintenance and replacement of the roller and seperation pad), this piece of garbage is insisting we provide our "license number" as if I kept the paperwork around all this time. Save yourself the time and money and just get something else.
