Review: Quality cordless freedom! - The best word to describe this lawnmower is Wow! I'm reviewing the new LM G34A 40v model. Lot of people complain cordless mowers struggle with tall grass, they are cheap plastic and battery dies after 15mins. Not this one! Seriously,,, I cut my 2 lawns which are about 100m2, and had 3/4 battery left! I've used it 5x times now and it still only uses about 25% per cut. I never thought the battery would be this good. Well done Yard Force. Please note the charger is quite big though, but does the job. Build quality is sturdy plastic. Not toy like some other models. It has a rear roller for stripy lawns too. A little bit of assembly required with the handle. The images in the manual are tiny so you need good eyes but it's pretty straightforward using common sense. The grass box works well too. I've seen people complain about Worx, Bosch etc but the hybrid box does gather the grass really well. Not too difficult to remove and attach again. Fills up quickly! The blade is steel. This model is collapsible too fo easy storage. It's not super light but has got a carry handle. Quieter than my old Bosch corded one. All in all I'm super happy with this purchase. No more cables to worry about, cordless is the future defo! Please note this is reviewing the newer model LM G34A with 40v Samsung battery. Review: Great mower for medium sized yard - Mower arrived a day early, unpacked it and assembled in less than 30 minutes. Fully charged the battery (was almost there in any case) and put it into action within an hour of delivery which was fortunate as it has been wet and windy ever since. The mower is really a quality product (certainly not a toy) easy to use and well designed so not too heavy and therefore easy to maneuver but solid enough to produce an excellent cut (thanks to the solid blade as well) and efficiently collects the grass in the catcher. Battery lasted for in excess of quoted time and certainly long enough for me to cut my over 350m2 sloping yard. A great mower that I would strongly recommend to anyone with a small to medium sized yard and the mower had no problem cutting though some fairly long grass. Even better at the reduced price. ## Features - Powerful mower with Brushless Motor and Torque sensing Boost technology - 40V Lithium-Ion 2.5Ah battery and quick charger included - interchangeable with other GR40 range products - 34cm cutting width with rear roller for striped finish - Central Height Adjustment with 7 cutting heights ranging from 25mm-75mm - Big 35 litre hybrid grass collection bag with grass full level indicator ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08TJ4TH35 | | Battery Average Life | 2.5 Hours | | Best Sellers Rank | 12,782 in Garden ( See Top 100 in Garden ) 50 in Rotary Mowers | | Brand | Yard Force | | Brand Name | Yard Force | | Colour | orange | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 574 Reviews | | Cutting width | 34 Centimeters | | Included Components | 1 x 40L Grass Collection Bag, 1 x 40V Battery, 1 x Charger, 1 x LM G37A Cordless Lawnmower | | Is Assembly Required? | Yes | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 140D x 40W x 106H centimetres | | Item Type Name | Cordless Lawnmower | | Item Weight | 14 Kilograms | | Item weight | 14 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Yard Force | | Manufacturer Part Number | LM G34A | | Material | Aluminium , Plastic, Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Aluminium, Plastic, Stainless Steel | | Maximum Adjustable Cutting Height | 7.5 Centimetres | | Minimum Adjustable Cutting Height | 2.5 Centimetres | | Model Number | LM G34A | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Positions | 7 | | Operation Mode | Automatic | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Power source | Battery Powered | | Style | 34cm | | Style Name | 34cm | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yard Force - **Colour:** orange - **Cutting width:** 34 Centimeters - **Item weight:** 14 Kilograms - **Material:** Aluminium, Plastic, Stainless Steel - **Number of items:** 1 - **Operation mode:** Automatic - **Power source:** Battery Powered - **Product dimensions:** 140D x 40W x 106H centimetres - **Style:** 34cm ## Images ![34cm Cordless Lawnmower - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71sJWPdX6QL.jpg) ![34cm Cordless Lawnmower - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71BSffEr0+L.jpg) ![34cm Cordless Lawnmower - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ubjqAWtUL.jpg) ![34cm Cordless Lawnmower - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71c-XjQjuaL.jpg) ![34cm Cordless Lawnmower - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71yRfYtvEyL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: how do you know when battery is fully charged** A: The flashing green light on the charger base stays on. Also the battery has a button that will show the current charge in it. 4 green lights shows fully charged. **Q: Charging the battery** A: I am not sure what the question is about the battery being charged. It comes with a really easy to use battery charger. You slide the battery out of the lawnmower and slide it into the charger until the green light comes on. I am an elderly technophobe lady who can do it so anyone can . Good luck. **Q: Can I purchase a second battery with my original purchase?** A: Yes Yard Force sell the batteries separately it’s about £79.99 **Q: What is the running time** A: Hi there, The running time will depend on the grass height, density and also on the machine's cutting level. On average, you can expect around 20 to 25 minutes running time from this machine. Used this a few times now, both battery and cutter perform well if you keep grass short and mow regularly. Cut performance and battery longevity not so good if grass gets longer. Lacks power on long grass. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yard Force 40V 34cm Cordless Lawnmower with lithium ion battery & quick charger LM G34A - GR 40 range, orange - Yard Force Battery 40V 2.5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery for Garden Tools, with Overload Protection + Overheating Protection - AL G25 - Yard Force 40V 33cm Cordless Grass Trimmer - Part of GR 40 Range - Body Only - LT G33AW --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/283770639-34cm-cordless-lawnmower](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/283770639-34cm-cordless-lawnmower) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
