It didn't work and my hair came out as well. I don't think you change the comb for Nit use, it probably just needs cleaning with a Nit killer product... just a guess, as this is not the reason i purchased it for. **Q: How do u remove them from comb after each brush** A: While you are combing just wipe with a tissue. Eggs can not reattach to hair. When you have finished an old toothbrush ir nail brush will a little washing up liquid and run under running water. You can also use dental floss in-between teeth. Because the space is so small betwee teeth the majority of eggs don't get trapped between teeth. **Q: Can you use on cats** A: This product has not been tested on animals, so I would say it is probably not advisable to use on cats. **Q: Can you use the comb on dry hair?** A: Apparently it wont work unless used on lotioned or conditioned hair. The lotion and comb were useless to us.
