Sorry. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by N***I on March 21, 2017* I love this 21-LED Lantern. ### ⭐ Low quality, not bright, poor distribution *by J***T on February 20, 2015* Like having three flashlights pointed in different directions. Light is sent in three directions, not uniform at all. Not bright enough to read by unless it is sitting on your book, then barely. The battery compartment for 3D cells is cheaply made and awkward. The on / off switch is a slide adjust for brightness, but barely bumped is "on" which it terrible for not running down the batteries when out of use. Easy to accidentally not turn "off" all the way because the slide switch didn't go completely over. The difference between off and slightly on is 1/8" on the switch with no bump or click indication. Outside is cheap painted plastic and it arrived with nicks and scratches. 4" x 4" x 4" base and about 12.5" tall. Stability is okay given the dimensions because of the heavy 3 D cells in the bottom. Is not stable without batteries (AC adapter). Worth about $2. if you have low expectations and just want an LED, maybe it is okay. If you have ever used a good LED lantern of any kind you will be disappointed. Box says 6V DC adapter not included, but lantern is labeled 4.5V connection with positive center (post center on lantern side and hole center on powered plug side). ### ⭐⭐ Misses the mark. *by W***D on February 20, 2014* Of course I have to compare this to the old Coleman white gas lantern. The 21-LED lantern is far more convenient and safe. However, on the high setting the output is quite low. Additionally it is very focused, in three directions. The light needs to be diffused, otherwise you might as well get three flashlights pointing three directions. Also, more LEDS or brigher LEDS need to be used. There are far better choices out there.
