I am not a great cook, so it is not one of those things that is billed for kids but really takes some experience. Each recipe is well written and there is a picture of each dish. There is also a wide variety of recipes: most made with ingredients you likely already have. We have made a few already and have read through the rest. I was impressed by how good they look even for adults and also by how nutritious most of them are. The recipes also introduce a variety of flavors. For example, there is one for a chicken curry. I have made a similar dish and my child has turned her nose up at it. But because of this book, she is so excited about this cool recipe and just knows it will be delicious!
