It was inspiring and easy to follow. I got this and Get out of your mind and into your life book by Hayes at the same time. And I am so glad I read the ACT Daily Journal first. This book got me out of the dark moment I was living, and brought me hope. I followed each one of the strategies and worked. I recommend it!
