The only negative is that setup was a real pain. The challenge was adding my daughter as a child to my Google Account. In the end I gave up doing it on my phone and ended up needing to do it all on a different device and it seemed to just work. So in summary, amazing product but difficult to setup!

My 7 year old daughter loves this product, it works really well, is easy for her to use and the battery life is really good. The only negative is that setup was a real pain. The challenge was adding my daughter as a child to my Google Account. In the end I gave up doing it on my phone and ended up needing to do it all on a different device and it seemed to just work. So in summary, amazing product but difficult to setup!

I bought this for my sons 10th birthday It was so difficult to sync with the app with my google account I ended up doing it via the app, but set up a new google account for him then did the parental control via my account. Fitbit were useless, it’s only by chance we read on here how to do it
