I would buy this again. If you own the Eton Traveler or Executive, this is a great little companion radio. Slips in a shirt pocket.Pros:-Crisp clear sound for size-Receives really well on FM, MW and SW (almost as good as Eton Traveler)-Fits in a shirt pocket.-No hiss with headphones-Nice volume adjustmentThe radio could be perfected by adding:-A kickstand-Rubberized edges or corners-Add some internal weight for a more rugged feel-12 hour time option-Memory presets- a better fitting case with holes for the screenCons:-Band switch is stiff-Insufficient packaging. Box and plastic insert were crushed. Needs more cardboard inside the box.-Faux leather case is too tight and the holes don’t match the button. I snipped the case near the hole for power button to ease some tension. It’s like the factory measured the case and didn’t account for the stitching.Tips:- you can use the Time button to advance through the frequencies faster. It’s really helpful.-A common sunglasses pouch makes a great protective bag and gives you something to wipe the screen with.If you are on the fence, give it a try.
