It comes with a lot. I use 3 in each row, instead of the 2 in each row as pictured, plus I have extra hooks left over as well **Q: Do the hooks stay on well during outdoor fairs?** A: Yes they do, at least mine has and I have done a few indoor/outdoor craft fairs and never had a problem with the hooks coming loose.
