Big and solid and adaptable
paid $330 for my unit, price seems to have gone wayyy up since two years ago. i like this unit and it o/s, windows 7 professional, very solid. the motherboard looks good, simple and solid and has a faaaast dual core pentium. i added 4 gigs of ram for 8 gig total. dell charged $55 for the extra ram card. No manual came with it, unless u count the digital version on the hard drive as a manual. i dont. its called a manual by mistake, its just digital instructions, u gotta print it out urself to get a real paper manual. but the price was low and the performance is quite goood. i hadta buy a decent vid card with its own dedicated processor to get high rez, fast graphics, set me back abt $100. lotsa usb ports;. i LIKE this unit and the dell backup support is presented as realllllly competent and concerned over my satisfaction. its big and solid and when its priced under $500 id give it five stars.

Ok for the price and "name" brand.
Average computer, good buy for the money. A program called "My Dell" crashes every few hours with a message, but it does not seem to affect anything. Also it wants to update some Google thing which I cannot find and did not install. Other than that, it has been very well-behaved (grin).

Easy Setup - Came properly packed
I'd have given this a 5 star rating, but haven't had it long enough to tell if any issues will arise. So far meets all expectations. Very quite, all external ports properly operate.
