Gets tiny bugs better than flies.
Works decent. We have a fly issue right now. Went from averaging 5 flies in house to 1 or 2. It has completely taken care of gnats and other tiny flying bugs. Trying to clean is tricky as it will still zap you unplugged and the bugs get pretty stuck on.

Plug must be really close to where you need it especially in a bedroom. Cannot be blocked with anything.

Good bye mosquito bites
I used to wake up and fight with mosquito before getting this. I am a very pleased customer.

Don't waste your time
Plugged in 4 of these within 3 feet of one another. Zero flies were zapped. Requesting a return.
