It was fast growing and was a great improvement on the seed we have used in the past. We had a bamboo removed and this left a large space in the lawn that was quickly filled by this grass. Quite fast, really nice looking grass. July time, quite a hot spell and watered twice a day. I mix top dressing and seeds in a bucket and put where needed. I did one mix and only used a bit, so left the rest in the bucket with white plastic bag over top (in the garage). Heavy rain delayed work on the next patches for about 4 days. When I took the white plastic bag off the top of bucket, there was this amazing grass that had grown in there (4 days) ha ha. I just transplanted into lawn. Maybe a new method that I need to use.
