    Great combination of nice story and a summary of Texas highlights

One of our friends is moving out of Houston (and of US), and as a farewell gift we bought her daughter a couple of books:

   and this one. This book about Larry has a perfect balance between a story of Larry getting lost and the "information" about multiple locations in Texas. The book covers many places: Big Bend, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, etc. The trade-off of having so many places is that each of them gets only a small amount of text. Austin, for example, has only half page.All in all, we are very happy with this book, since we have liked the story, and it will be a great memory of Texas as a whole. I will probably buy the same one if I move out!
