He first appeared in the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess game, where he worked with the mysterious and mischievous imp Midna to take down a usurper to the throne, and to save Hyrule and the Twilight Realm from darkness. Review: Amazing Figurine for any Twlight Princess Fan!! - As a HUGE Twilight Princess fan, this figurine is AMAZING. The detail on Midna is incredible, especially considering if you use the amiibo in game she isn't technically apart of the game (although we Twilight Princess fans know she is probably just hiding in Wolf Links shadow!). And the box art!! Omg is it gorgeous!! I wish there was a way of removing the figure and still keeping the art. But of course the amiibo figure isn't all you get, but a chance to add the wolf to your game as well! It's really unfortunate that Tears of The Kingdom doesn't let you have a little Wolf Link to run around with again like in Breath of the Wild, but it's still nice to go back to BOTW for Wolf Link anyway so I'll take it! Overall its an amazing collectable for any Legend of Zelda fan. Can't recommend it enough!! Review: High quality - Very detailed amiibo ## Features - Made for Play! Discover New Characters, Explore New Game Modes, and So Much More! - You can use amiibo on your Wii U by tapping them to the NFC touchpoint on the Wii U GamePad.You can also use amiibo on your New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL by tapping them to the NFC area on the bottom screen. Alternatively, using the NFC Reader/Writer Accessory you can use amiibo on your Nintendo 2DS, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 3DS XL. amiibo are also compatible with the Nintendo Switch - See individual games for full amiibo functionality ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B019MOCBCY | | Additional Features | Light | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Animal Theme | Wolf | | Best Sellers Rank | #5,598 in Video Games ( See Top 100 in Video Games ) #7 in Wii U Games #107 in Nintendo 3DS & 2DS Games #3,037 in Nintendo Switch Consoles, Games & Accessories | | Brand Name | Nintendo | | Collection Name | Amiibo - The Legend Of Zelda | | Color | Multicolor | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (3,399) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00045496353469 | | Item Dimensions | 2.94 x 2 x 1.43 inches | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 7.48"L x 5.08"W x 3.62"H | | Item Weight | 0.04 kg | | Language | German | | Manufacturer | Nintendo | | Manufacturer Maximum Age (MONTHS) | 99 | | Manufacturer Part Number | NVLCAKAA | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | NVLCAKAA | | Number of Batteries | Product Specific batteries required. | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Style | Wolf | | Theme | Video Game | | Toy Figure Type | Interactive Gaming Figure | | UPC | 045496353469 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Wolf Link amiibo (Nintendo Wii U/Nintendo 3DS/Nintendo Switch) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61gHUCs7IzL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will it work to my US wiiu ?** A: Yes, it's not region locked **Q: Im not familiar with amiibo. They even worth spending this kind of money on them? This one is more then i paid for the twilight game** A: Well, it depends. It unlocks some in game content in Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild (maybe more, that's all I know of now though). You unlock a secret dungeon in Twilight Princess, and gain a wolf buddy in Breath of the Wild. Mostly the value is in being a decent, official zelda collectable. They do make nice display pieces if you are into that sort of thing. From what I understand you can get just the 'chip' of the amiibo, which gives you all the in game content without the little collectable figurine. But to my knowledge they are not licensed by Nintendo, so if you don't mind supporting unlicensed material and only want the in game perks it may be better for you to get that instead. **Q: Is this amiibo worth my money?** A: Athletically yes. Gameplay wise... Eh. Playing with wolf link is fun but he has 3 hearts and is aggressive so he dies rather quick in fights (tbh haven't played with him in ages but he makes my charging station look really cool with him one side and my Nergigante statue on the other side.) So to summarise: for game play he cool but eh, for looks he looks cool **Q: What is the difference between this and the regular one? I** A: Nothing. A Wolf Link amiibo is a Wolf Link amiibo. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Figurine for any Twlight Princess Fan!! *by S***H on July 2, 2023* As a HUGE Twilight Princess fan, this figurine is AMAZING.
