A: It is set up to accommodate either one

A: Tell Carlos that mine work with Stanley and Craftsman, but I don't know if they will work with his brand.  Sorry.

A: No, it does not come with wire.
These were designed to replace existing sensors already installed 
so that the wire already there could be used.
