Review: Give it a chance!! - I decided to write this review because I had the same problem as most of the reviewers, it wouldn't ring. At the beginning I hated this timer because I thought it didn't work, so I bought the Kikkerland Penguin Timer and for my surprise it didn't worked at all. I couldn't believe that a second timer from another brand came damaged again. After playing a while with both timers I understood that the bell system needed more spring to ring more than just the 5 minutes I was timing. So I took it all the way back to the 60 min and returned it immediately to 3 min for timing. Eureka!! Nice loud ring, and the best of all 2 working kitchen timers. If I had read the bottom part of the box of this simple kitchen instrument, it would have spare me a lot trouble.
Review: So cute! - I'm really happy with this.
