**Q: what size is the hand grip?**
A: To me the grip size is 4 1/2". I don't consider the raised area at the top of the grip and bottom of the grip to be part of the grip size.

**Q: I’ve been shipped the wrong color twice now. I ordered mod red but I keep getting black, which isn’t even an option. Who can actually help?**
A: You can choose your color so I would call the company that supplied the paddle

**Q: What is the advantage to the rough surface?**
A: The surface is not as rough as they make it sound. However, it is rough enough that you can put some spin on the ball which is quite helpful.
