Consegna puntualissima, ma pacco un pò troppo grande per il contenuto stesso. La piastra è arrivata nella confezione originale Weber e perfettamente intatta. Ragazzi, questa piastra vi farà cambiare molti dei vostri punti fermi sulla cottura al barbecue.... Ottima per le verdure, pesce, pane....ma anche con i tagli di carne aggiunge un tocco in più. Ho avuto modo di comparare due tagli identici di Angus, uno cotto sulla griglia di serie ed uno cotto su questa piastra. Il sapore non cambia, ma la marcia in più è la crosticina esterna che con la piastra in ghisa è decisamente più accattivante e croccante. Certo, è un accessorio non propriamente economico, ma si tratta comunque di un prodotto originale Weber, con tutte le garanzie del brand...ma a mio avviso è un "must to have" per i Serial Griller....
