A: All of the new Netgear rack switches I've bought have come with the rack ears.

**Q: Do you need cloud management subscription for this switch?**
A: Hello! :)  You do not need a cloud management subscription for this switch model.

**Q: Is there a cli from ssh?  or better yet a documented restful api?**
A: I don't believe that this one has much of a CLI if any at all.

**Q: Is GS308T for poe (pd)? which port support?**
A: No, you need a Netgear device ending with TP (for powered)
