Just recovering from a knee replacement and physio starts me using an aerobic step. It re-kindled a desire to get fit again. Plus, it is similar to the one in the physiotherapy department. It is wonderful, I can’t believe the difference to ones I have I used to use. Size is fantastic, it is really sturdy, no slipping or moving about, and a very good grip surface. I does have 2 levels through locked in risers, I doubt I will ever unlock said risers, however the function is there if needed. This is an investment in my health and mobility and I can do as little or a much as I want to, when I want to. To lie in and use dumbbells?** A: Absolutely, I put my mat on top of the step and lie on it to do my weights. I also do press ups on it so has a variety of uses. Got this from Amazon Warehouse (open box) for a lot less than usual price so worth checking out all the colour options and buying options from the lists. This step is Pro quality, solid, spacious and comfortable to use. I don't need to look where my feet are landing anymore as I know I'll never go over the edge so can just relax and concentrate on my reps and form. Comfortable enough to use without trainers as the surface is quite flat and slightly rubberised, so no sore soles. Options to adjust height and functionality of the step are good and easily undertaken. I look forward to using the Reebok for my morning workouts and am feeling more physical benefits than I had with my previous step.
