Nice looking case. Feels and looks good. Its thin plastic. A couple of people admired it too when momentarily left unattended. The sides have not chipped but the edges of the gold rim (along the screen) are beginning chip. You can see the black Underneath. Easy access for charging station and I haven't dropped the phone so I don't know if I would protect the phone from a 3-4 feet drop.
