I cycle on and off *by E***N on 15 January 2026* I can take this for up to 10 days and it absolutely helps me fall asleep, some nights sleep longer, and there's a calmness. However, I also can tell it's doing something to my body because around day 10 I start to feel a little down, more tired, kind of depressed. I think it's the ashwagandha which I've noticed I can't tolerate for long on its own. Could just be it's lowering my cortisol so much it's too low. My sister does great on ashwagandha so I just think people need to try it and see how it goes.
