It has a been a few weeks and have noticed less ruminations, less energy dips, and a balanced mood despite the natural stressors that have been in my life lately. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Turned my life around *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2016* This product has literally turned my life around. In short, I now have energy that I’ve only witnessed in other people. I’ve always been jealous of my wife who springs out of bed with that “go get ‘em” attitude. Now, she has met her match and then some. We are both overjoyed and excited about the “new me”.I went through it all during my lifetime; diagnosed as having bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, you name it. I’ve been tired, lethargic, and never really motivated about anything. I saw a new psychiatrist a few weeks ago, and she had me do the swab test. The test cost me $330 out of my own pocket, and it was worth every penny. She told me I had the MTHFR gene mutation which I had never heard of before. According to the results my mutation was as bad as it can get. She also told me about prescription methyl folate and how the insurance company wouldn’t cover it but it would be worth paying for out of my own pocket.When I got home, the first thing I did was some research on the internet, which led me to this product. I was so eager to get it, I paid for two-day shipping, something I’ve never done before. My wife was likewise anxious for me to try this out.I was amazed. I still am. I have energy like never before. My mood, everything, has changed. I’ve lost 11 pounds in less than two weeks. I’m motivated and exercising again. I’m now at the end of week 3 and I don’t eat near as much as I used to. It is hard to put my finger on it, but I’ll eat a plate of food and instead of going back for 2nds, 3rds, or even 4ths, I’m like “Meh, I’ve had enough. I’m not hungry anymore.”At about the 4th day, I had to cut back a bit, as this stuff was giving me too much energy and a slight headache/dizzy feeling. For a few days, I’d break the capsule in half, and mix one half with water and drink it, and the next day I’d do the same with the other half. I did that for 4 days, and now I take one capsule a day, although I skipped day before yesterday, as I felt like I had so much energy I didn’t need one. If you think you are having adverse effects, I say “don’t give up”, but take less, or try skipping days.Something else I’ve discovered, is that even though I have tons of energy now, I sleep well at night. At first I was afraid this product would give me insomnia, but it did not. Sleeping has always been an issue for me and I’ve had to take medication to ensure that I stay asleep. Now, I have energy until its bed time, and miraculously, I’ll fall asleep around 10:30pm and stay that way. NICE! Maybe that’s a side effect of the hour-long workouts I’m currently doing.I’m currently telling/prodding some of my family members about this stuff.
