**Q: How to avoid the clockwork falling off during driving?**
A: Apply adhesive glue to the bottom of the clockwork before inserting it into the base and wait for the glue to set. Do not drive too fast as the glue is not strong when first installed! If go on the highway, please must apply the adhesive glue.

**Q: How to remove the clockwork?**
A: Please do not tear off directly, please use a hot air blower to blow the 3M hot, and then use a fishing line to slowly separate the 3M adhesive from your car down.

**Q: Can wash the car after installing the clockwork?**
A: When washing your car, please don't use a strong water gun to wash it directly, try to avoid washing the wind up key.

**Q: How to deal with some adhesive residue after a long time?**
A: We suggest to go to a professional car wash to clean it that they have professional car wash adhesive print water. We have personally tested it and it will not harm the car paint.

I purchased 1 of these and it was absolutely fantastic. Perfect size, easy to use, and stuck to the back of my mobility car without fail. When I got a new car, I purchased a 2nd one because I loved it so much, but the 2nd one refused to stick to the car. Within seconds of mounting it, it would just fall off. 1 was great and 1 was a waste of money, so I guess you buy at own risk. I might order a 3rd just because I really want it on the new car and its worth it. That should tell you something.
