And if yes, how long can it last?** A: I would imagine yes. It’s an extremely sturdy product. I would it would image it would hold up for decades **Q: I am going to put my planters on flagstone, which I don't want to get stained. Will they eventually stop dripping the rust color or do I need a tray?** A: Rusting builds a solid protective surface. For first three months in weather there will be rust that can stain if left to sit. However can’t help it early. It’s easy to wash off. After 3 months very little rust stain. The finish is solid and clean after the first year in the weather and the patina looks beautiful. **Q: Will this product rust causing stains on pavers?** A: It does rust as advertised. I have seen no stains on our gravel bedding. ## Frequently Bought Together - Veradek Corten Steel Series Long Box Planter - Large Rectangular Corten Steel Planter | Naturally Rusting Steel for All-Weather Use | Modern Rustic Décor for Flowers, Tall Plants, Shrubs - Mosser 0560 Spanish Decorative Moss, 250-Cubic Inch - Veradek Demi Series Round Planter w/ Stand for Porch/Patio | Durable Plastic-Concrete & Wooden Stand | Modern Décor for Tall Plants, Flowers --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/30570556-veradek-corten-steel-series-long-box-planter-rectangular-outdoor-planter](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/30570556-veradek-corten-steel-series-long-box-planter-rectangular-outdoor-planter) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
