Since it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday for the antibiotics. I decided to experiment and give her some graviola, mixing it in her soft food. She responded well to it and was her normal cuddly self. She since got the antibiotic shot, which seem to work but a week later I notice that she is not cuddly, is not sleeping in her usual places and started peeing outside the box again; this time right in front of me. I just spent $600 at the vet for nothing. Not wanting to shell out more money, I gave the graviola in her food again (she's 8lbs so I gave her like a quarter capsule). Ten minutes after eating, she curled up to me on on my bed and started purring. She's been distant all week, crying here and there and as soon as I gave her the graviola she was back to her perky, cuddly self!! Knowing that graviola is great for the immune system as well as calming, I am going to continue to give this to here over pharmaceutical injections from the vet. It is only the first day, and second experiment so I can't say with 100% confidence that this is a cure for peeing outside the box; so far so good though. In my experience, a happy kitty is a good kitty.
