And no fans, runs fairly cool. A very complex unit, and very capable.Update ** Apr 2, 2015I'm really impressed with Zyxel's efforts to staff up their support. I had not even tried to speak with them for months until recently. But all recent attempts were immediately answered, and every rep was surprisingly knowledgeable. To be honest, I was dumfounded because I expected the worst.I called a few weeks ago regarding a routing issue and they picked up within 10 seconds. 2cd/3rd time was the same. This is in total contrast to my earlier attempts when I was trying to configure the router for the first time. Those were met with 2-3 hour holds, cut offs, unknowledgeable agents, refusals of support, no replies, returned calls on and on.So kudos to Zyxel, this now makes owning this machine workable.I'm changing this review from a 2 to a 5 - a 5 because 1) they can now help @ the support level 2) for what it actually does there's nothing on the market that even comes close at the price and 3) it does what it's supposed to do and works well.My uptime is approaching 6 months now. Running 2 ISPs, it has failed over to the working circuit at least 50 times - all transparently without my knowledge. No one knew it, it just keeps the internet available 24/7. Then failed BACK when the broken ISP came back up. Now THAT's cool. When test is done with different protocol or packet sizes that are not designed to reach maximum throughput, the test result would be vary"Basically what they means is the speed they test using UDP protocol is NOT relate to the speed you download something from the internet (NOT EVEN CLOSE)!!! Why would I care the speed of UDP????? This is how they trick you!This is a deceptive marketing, they told me I need USG210 or above model to handle 1 Gbps speedWOW NICE ONE BRO ### ⭐⭐ Problem with compatibility with Comcast/Xfinity Voice Edge service *by M***R on September 10, 2020* Ordered several of these and shortly after installation, starting having problems with connectivity. Internet dropping, sites not loading, SAAS not working, connection timeouts....Through trial and error, finally discovered that things worked fine until the Comcast EdgeMark device for the Voice Edge was plugged into the network. Contacted Comcast and Zyxel; both blamed the other. Zyxel seemed uninterested to help troubleshoot the problem. Solution, use monitoring in the firewall and send it to Comcast.
