A: I do not know. This is a question for the maker of the product . Mine never lasts long !

True, the price is a bit high ......but the foie gras is exquisite, a wonderful treat !

### ⭐⭐ Not buttery and does not taste like duck liver even though the ingredients say otherwise

I was really excited to finally receive this. It took over a month. Unfortunately, however, it is not creamy/buttery and it tastes more like calf's liver. Not sure why but if you are looking for the traditional foie gras and the nice coating of the palette that it usually provides, this is not it.
