The measuring cups are made of all one piece, so no handles to break off and they are of excellent quality. They also stack really well and make for compact storage plus they are nice in appearance. It's also nice that the cups have measurements in segments inside the cup, so you can use them in a pinch if one of the specific cups is in use or dirty at the time. I like things to be as indestructible as possible, with a long, useful life. These will last until the downfall of civilization, unless they happen to rust unexpectedly. I have mystery plastic measuring cups which add an element of chance, randomness, and excitement to baking. Things I can live without. Mo more disappearing measurements.
