It's a good butt kicking workout
It's a good butt kicking workout. The nice touch was getting a personally hand written note from Curtis saying thank you, that was unexpected and very nice. The 4 dvd's will make you sweat and get your heart pumping. Good workouts. Not for beginners or people with heart issues or that cannot do strenuous exercise. It's fast paced with mini breaks about 15 seconds generally. I suppose a beginner can do parts of it maybe 5-10 at a time and eventually progress to the full dvd. It gives them something to accomplish. I do T 25 and I found that a bit harder than this. You get more mini breaks with Curtis than 0 breaks with T 25.
