Bunn 57414.0000 DRIP TRAY, MCU and Bunn 57413.0000 COVER, DRIP TRAY MCU. Try a Google search. **Q: Will this always have 14oz of water in the tank, or should I brew a second time so that it is empty?** A: It always has water in the tank after you first fill it. It keeps the water warm so that brewing the next cup takes less time than it would otherwise. You add water before brewing each cup. **Q: Can I purchase a drip tray?** A: I purchased mine directly from Bunn. It was $36 less than Amazon. I e-mailed Bunn customer support about drip trays. I've used this coffee maker for years. My old one has a plastic drip tray and then the stainless steel drip tray cover. Bunn said they aren't in stock but will be soon. Thank goodness I saved those 2 things before I threw the old one out **Q: Can I use this with Baronet coffee pod?** A: It has a pod drawer made for soft coffee/tea pods and tea bags. Not any more. My previous one lasted 6 years, and it was time for a new one so I ordered the exact same thing. I’m about 3 months into ownership and not only does it leak all over itself every time I make a cup now, it is squealing like you wouldn’t believe every time as well—loud, like wake the house up loud. I was so in love with this machine for so long, but as others have pointed out they must have changed something about the manufacturing. The design seems the same, but the build and component quality has absolutely cratered. I loved it so much, in fact, that when the one I ordered sucked I figured it was a defective unit and ordered another, but that one has the same issues. A few years ago I couldn’t recommend it enough, but now I’d say stay away.
