Within a day, this loosened up those smoke particles and TMI, but got me hacking up stuff in no time. After 3 days of taking it, i felt like I had brand new lungs! (FYI i have never smoked and am not arround smokers much. Not suggesting this is a substitute for getting away from the smoke when you can.) Hope this helps some people!
