Overall, these straps are superior in every way including material, velcro securing system and thumb loop comfort. While the bands are thicker than my previous ones, they still have no issue being applied to the wrists to give solid (no pun intended) support - including the heavy (grey) pair. The velcro section lays very flay and does not buckle/ lift up at the corners like some other brands do. The thumb loop is thick, flat and comfortable so there's no discomfort in the thumb area if you pull the straps tight. My only complaint, as mentioned by other buyers too (and also the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) is that I received two Left sided standard (red) straps -which are the ones I use most of the time. While still wearable, wrapping a Left strap the opposite way around the right wrist feels a little odd. I am not posting pictures since other user's pics demonstrate strap quality/ features identical to mine. Overall, would recommend to other lifters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifter For Life *by B***L on July 23, 2016* I freaking love these wrist wraps! I can't add enough exclamations to the love part. These wraps are very impressive. They are higher quality than what I have previously owned. I like that two pairs are provided. One pair handles heavier than the other. I have a lot of confidence using these wraps. These aren't dainty nor do they look dainty. They look serious. You mean business when you show up and the gym with these things.They were very easy to put on by myself. The thumb loops help out a lot and they don't get in the way of the workout. They're very comfortable. I would feel confident using these in place of lifting wraps or keeping them in rotation. The material is heavy duty so I know they will last awhile.Recommendations- If you're new to lifting or beginning to work with weights, these may be helpful for learning proper form and aiding with supporting your wrists. If you're not planning on lifting heavy, they aren't really necessary at this point in time. It will fit flat on the thumb. Other brands will have folds in the thumb loop.Cons-- These would be perfect if they weren't so inconsistent with sending the proper Right and Left sided wraps. I received a pair with two left sided ones. They say a Left can be used on the Right wrist and vice versa. I say hell no...why settle.- My solution...buy several pairs to come up with a matching pair. One Right One Left, then return anything I do not need.
