I opened a ticket with the manufacturer. They informed me that there was a new version being released that would operate in any position.I was immediately informed when the new product was released. The company will be providing a refund for the prior version.The new version has had some improvements including being to operate in any position. This product is very high quality and the Customer Service has been fantastic. ### ⭐ Powers on by itself (low battery) *by B***Z on March 19, 2022* The item arrived with a partial charge. I cleaned it, read the instructions and packed it away for future use. Within 15 min. the vibration setting powered itself on in the box. It happened over a dozen times within 20 min and each time I had trouble turning it off. I don't need my kids asking or looking for "what's making that sound, mommy" *.*I've seen USB/battery item do this in the past on low battery. I will fully charge it to see if it stops doing that, but for now it is wrapped in a blanket to muffle the vibration and placed in the trunk of my car away from my kids!
