Ended up ordering another one. **Q: Will the 3D bike bell fit onto an adult bike?** A: Amazon has my product but no I do not think it would. **Q: How does the horn attach? I can't tell from the picture. I want it for a fun gift for my husband's knee walker while he recuperates from surgery.** A: The loop under it is how it attaches to the handle bars.
